15% Off All Purchases! Polly Says: Now That Can't be Bad...

This weekend, to compensate us ladies who aren't exactly crazy about footie for the inconvenience caused by the World Cup 2010 we are being offered a great special offer by the owners of All Tea Towels! This company specialises in all manner of linen tea-towels with a bit of a twist on the traditional, ie pretty pictures and patterns combined with good old fashioned drying power!

Their generous offer of 15% discount on all purchases over the course of this weekend. There is a catch however, it really is just for the ladies! Quote:  worldcup15 and cross your fingers that you get there in time. In addition to this this offer has certain restrictions which are that the "discount will work with NoChex & Paypal card payment options - not Google Checkout."

So, why not just sit back and enjoy? Go on, give it a whirl and pick up some lovely new tea-towels that like all linen will become soft and absorbent once you've washed them a couple of times to remove the dressing. Best of all, they won't leave those annoying bits of fluff all over the glasses you'll be using while hubby enjoys the sporting activities over the next month or so!

Speaking of glasses, that would possibly lead one to believe that the average soccer husband drinks beer. I know, that's an outrageous statement but it does happily link two completely different topics to the world cup!
Lorna, over at Garrendenny Interiors is running her Freebie Friday again this week, apologies for the lateness of this post - I fell asleep over the puter last night and it simply had to wait until this morning!!!! LOL!

Anyway, this week's giveaway is a Black & Blum Jimmy Keyring & Bottleopener - perfect for opening those crown cap bottles that are so popular these days. For more on this why not head over to my other blog Polly's Peri-wrinkles & Piercings! for another good read before you enter...

As the All Tea Towels site wouldn't let me lift an image to show you, I thought I'd showcase Sandie Dunne's latest scrapbooking layout. She's this months guest designer on the Studio Challenges blog and the challenge was to celebrate the World Cup! Problem is, she's not into footie, like so many of us ladies, so she decided to scrap her own soccer hero instead.

Right so, I'm off! Have a great Sunday and don't forget the World Cup doesn't last forever, make the best of it and take the opportunity to do something that you wouldn't normally do...like scrapbooking!
